Palo Alto High School

When I started at Palo Alto High School, there was little to no video or short-form coverage of student sports or life. I stepped into that gap and began building a visual storytelling presence from the ground up.

Through Paly’s yearbook, Madrono, and the schoolwide broadcast channel, Infocus, I created short-form “hype videos”, and documentary-style video packages aired to the entire school. What began as filming football games quickly expanded into covering nearly every sport at Paly, and eventually grew to include arts, performances, student events, and our spirit week.

During the summer, I served as Head of Media for Paly’s nationally recognized journalism program, Camp MAC, where I led content creation and helped shape the camp’s visual identity.
